Responsibilities

The Test lead (TL) is responsible for client communication (PwC), project risk analysis, escalations impacting the client for various projects Knowledge of Agile and Risk based testing and ensure process improvements. For the specific testing project, support by contributing to the Test Plan(s), Requirement traceability Matrix, Test Scenarios, end to end Test Case design, for the relevant test phases, the Test Readiness Reviews, test progress reporting, the Test Completion/Summary Reports and Test Defect Reports Provide functional test analysis, planning, design, execution and reporting for testing assignments Estimation & Milestone planning for the project and provide estimates for the UAT / SIT/ QA Ensure deliverable within the timelines Should be able to provide oversight on multiple projects Highlight Risk & issues at management level Extensive liaison and direct contact with a diverse range of business and technology functions with key stakeholders Work closely with the stakeholders or other groups in preparation and execution of the planned functional testing Sound knowledge of STLC/ Defect Management Process and handling its different phases. Able to host Defect and Client calls with quick responsiveness on asked actions. Hands on experience on developing help guides/ User Manual/ MIS reports. Ensure proficient execution of delivery processes and procedures. Effective and timely communication with stakeholders. Define and manage the scope and schedule of the project, balancing the client expectations. Efficiently plan, track, reporting, prioritizing, handling escalations and identifying, monitoring and mitigate project risks. Act as a communication link between the testing team and the client. Streamlining Documentation & Processes The TL is responsible for the preparation and delivery of the following reports

Weekly Project Status report to client

Knowledge of Integration testing, Payment Hub, Financial Application, Payroll system (HRMIS), ERP (Any 2 is preferable)
