Job Description

Summary

At PwC, our people in integration and platform architecture focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients. They enable efficient data flow and optimise technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance.

In enterprise architecture at PwC, you will focus on designing and implementing architectural solutions that align with the organisations overall strategy and goals. Your work will involve understanding business products, business strategies and customer usage of products. You will be responsible for defining architectural principles, analysing business and technology landscapes and translating content / develop frameworks to guide technology decisions and investments.

Working in this area, you will have a familiarity with business strategy, processes and experience in business solutions which enable an organisations technology infrastructure. You will help to confirm that technology infrastructure is optimised, scalable, and aligned with business needs, enabling efficient data flow, interoperability, and agility. Through your work, you will communicate a deep understanding of the business and a broad knowledge of architecture and applications.

 
Responsibilities
Oversee the endtoend management of Oracle Financial applications, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Lead creation of proposals and solution during presales stage and effort estimation Lead and manage Oracle Financials implementation and upgrade projects. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.Implement best practices to optimize financial operations and reporting.Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align system capabilities with business needs.Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Financialsrelated matters.Engage with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Provide training and support to endusers.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Implement and monitor security controls to protect financial data.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.Supervise and mentor a team of Oracle functional and technical consultants Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
 
Mandatory skill sets
Required Skills
Indepth knowledge of Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
Ability to architect and lead solution discussions during presales and delivery stage. Proven experience in managing Oracle Financials implementations and upgrades. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial systems. Oracle Financials certification is preferred.
Preferred skill sets
  • Understanding of integration technologies and methodologies (e.g., REST/SOAP web services, APIs).
Years of experience required
10+ years of above experience in Oracle EBS
Education qualification
Bachelor s degree, BE, B.tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA.
