- Experience in Internal Audit/ Process Audit concepts & methodology
- Processes, Subprocesses, and Activities as well as their relationship
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)/ IFC Reviews, SOP s
- Internal control concepts (eg, Preventive Controls; Detective Controls; Risk Assessment; Antifraud Controls; etc)
- Clarity of thought, articulation, and expression
- Takes ownership, sincere and focused on execution
- Confident and good verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
