Job Description

You will work closely with clients to analyse project needs, develop strategies for efficient project delivery, and offer guidance and support to help clients enhance project management practices, mitigate risks, and achieve successful outcomes.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead teams in delivering consulting, design, and technology solutions for largescale capital projects.
Your role will involve building trusted client relationships, driving innovation in project delivery, and mentoring team members to ensure highquality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
- Build and lead Capital Projects and Infrastructure (CP&I) team, driving business development, fulfilling matrix and KPI requirements, to deliver highimpact solutions for capital projects and infrastructure initiative s.
- Encourage diverse perspectives, foster collaboration, and create an inclusive environment where individuals and technology thrive together.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, enabling them to grow their technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Actively manage project economics, timelines, and deliverables, while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated challenges.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Build trusted relationships with seniorlevel stakeholders by understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, leveraging PwCs range of services to deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and communicate value propositions, present clear and concise deliverables, and create consensus among stakeholders.
- Drive business development efforts by contributing to proposals, RFPs, and thought leadership initiatives.
Strategy and Execution
- Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies within largescale projects, aligning with ESG principles and industry best practices.
- Define performance metrics, develop implementation roadmaps, and create business cases to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Provide handson expertise in risk management, scheduling, and cost control for largescale construction programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage and deliver projects in areas such as
- Utility transmission (gas and electric) infrastructure
- Renewable energy and power generation assets
- Grid modernization programs
- Data center construction and engineering
- Largescale construction programs
Technology and Process Optimization
- Leverage advanced project management tools (eg, Primavera Unifier , Cora ) to enhance project efficiency and visibility.
- Implement crossfunctional business process improvements and associated technology solutions to address client challenges.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies (eg, Alteryx , Power BI, Tableau ) to support decisionmaking and develop predictive risk models.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools and solutions into existing client workflows to enhance overall performance.
Risk and Compliance Management
- Develop strategies to identify , assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with ESG frameworks, regulatory requirements, and PwC quality standards.
