• Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management

• Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice
• Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)
• Excellent communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant.
• 2 to 6 years of handson experience in AP TPM functional configurations

• Trade promotion end to end cycle
• Trade fund management
• Trade Claims management

• 1. SAP TPM BW integration
• 2. SAP TPM S4 integration

• Knowledge of CRM middleware
• Knowledge of S4 Condition contract integration with TPM
• Knowledge on SAP TPM BW master query configurations

• Having Implementation experience is added advantage
