Job Description

A career within Consulting Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.

*Responsibilities

8-15 years of experience into Agile/Scrum projects
The desired candidate should have experience in Enterprise level Agile coaching and Agile Transformation
Proven ability in assessing maturity of teams and implementing a growth plan
Candidate should have experience in coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Teams
Expertise across Agile methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Candidates should have good communication skills (written and verbal)

* Mandatory skill sets

Enterprise level Agile coaching and Agile Transformation
Agile Project Management

*Preferred skill sets

Certification in PSM/PMI ACP/ICP ACC or any other globally accepted Agile/Scrum certifications desirable.

*Year of experience required

8-15 years of experience into Agile/Scrum projects
