Job Description
Certification: SAFe Program Consultant - SPC, SAFe Agilist - SA
- Lead and coach Agile teams on the principles and practices of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) to enhance delivery, quality, and collaboration.
- Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) across various teams, ensuring proper understanding and alignment with SAFe principles and values.
- Conduct Agile workshops, training sessions, and boot camps to enhance Agile knowledge and skills within the organization.
- Facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other key Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor and support Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams in delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to define and refine the Agile transformation roadmap.
- Identify organizational impediments to success and work with leadership to create effective strategies for overcoming them.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of experimentation and innovation.
- Utilize metrics and data to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Coach teams on managing and prioritizing backlogs, refining user stories, and improving estimation practices.
- Act as a change agent to instill a strong Agile mindset across teams and departments.
- 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching, Agile transformation, or related roles. SAFe Agile Certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant - SPC, SAFe Agilist - SA).
- Proven track record of leading Agile transformations in large organizations.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) and SAFe.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to assess team maturity and customize coaching approaches accordingly.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in DevOps practices and tools integration with Agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of other Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, Spotify Model, Nexus).
- Experience in digital and Agile transformations in various domains like Banking, Healthcar
