• Have extensive 7 -10 years of experience of SAP FICO module along with FSCD and worked on multiple implementation and support/operate projects
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and implement the same
• Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a senior consultant and play a role of team lead.
• Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.
• Proven track record as an SME in chosen domain i.e. FICO and FSCD.
• Mentor Junior resources within the team, conduct KSS and lessons learnt.
• Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
• Ticket Quality and deliverables review.
• Status Reporting for the project.
• Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.

• In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP Support project.

• Unit Testing, Integration Testing

• User Support activities

• Exposure to ASAP and other structured ITIL methodologies

• Regularly interact with the onsite team/client

• Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls

• Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client

• Work experience on both FICO and FSCD
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.)
• Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, and Asset Accounting.
• Involvement with FI integration focuses on other modules like MM, HR, PP, and PM.
• Experience in process implementation and optimization in the areas of Billing and Disbursement using SAP FS-CD for Insurance business.
• Multiple end-to-end project lifecycle experience within SAP FS-CD/FICO
• Must have a Financial Services and/or an accounting background for SAP FS-CD
• Proficiency in US GAAP
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
• Stay current with the latest SAP FICO trends and best practices and recommend process improvements to optimize financial operations.

• Knowledge of FSCD on S4 HANA
