Job Description
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and organizational objectives.
- Support the design and implementation of business solutions, providing functional specifications and collaborating with IT and other teams.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decisionmaking and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and addressed.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, IT, and external partners.
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior project managers and business analysts, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Collaborate with Change Management teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project management and business analysis functions .
