Principal Consultant (3-9 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

- Partner with clients at all levels to understand their business challenges, opportunities, and strategic goals.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

- Conduct in-depth analysis, diagnose business problems, and recommend data-driven solutions aligned with client needs.

- Manage client relationships, effectively communicate project progress, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field.

- Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex business transformation projects across various industries.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
