The exposure to the tech startup domain and brand

Leadership lacks direction and lack of robust HR processes. The culture is toxic and will lead to burnout within few months. Also, is not doing well due to stubborn nature of the founders. Micromanagement is at its peak due to strong leadership skills. Join only if you do not have a job and have a very thick skin to face fire and pressure equivalent to a fire furnace. Also, they treat employees like commodities once they leave the organization and you will have to fight for your FnF. Also, commissions are either not paid or you have to fight for it. Now they have shifted to wfh as they could not pay the office rent and this shows the company is going downhill. Just dont understand why they are sabotaging a strong brand they built over years.
