- Enquiry in market for quotations and comparison.
- Put for approval and then procure
- Arrange the materials at Warehouse in time.
- Check the Vendor invoices after GRN. Process it to Manager for his signature and submit it to Accounts.
- Update in system for records.
- New Vendor empanelment, Negotiations.
- Release the PO and ask for acknowledgement. File for Audit.
