Check PR and study the requirements.
If PR is incomplete or wrong, then reject the same. Get the correct one.
Enquiry in market for quotations and comparison.
Put for approval and then procure
Arrange the materials at Warehouse in time.
Check the Vendor invoices after GRN. Process it to Manager for his signature and submit it to Accounts.
Update in system for records.
New Vendor empanelment, Negotiations.
Release the PO and ask for acknowledgement. File for Audit.
