We are expanding our Commercial Leasing Team

Looking to hire Managers/ Sr Manager/ AGM

Work location : Ulsoor / Aerocity

EXPERIENCE RANGE: Experience in Commercial Real Estate developments, IPCs etc.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To drive the leasing activities for the commercial properties across the South region.

- Identifying and developing strategic alliances with various IPC's & Brokers.

- Business Development i.e. sourcing new deals through intermediary network (IPCs, Local Consultants, Banks & Architects)

- Relationship Management with Clients, IPCs and Local Property Consultants.

- Co-ordinate with Clients, Architects and Project team for all fit outs works.

- Developing project feasibility reports after studying the markets and analyzing emerging markets.

- Analyze market data to identify local sales issues and trends and define strategies to resolve them.

- Coordination with internal departments and consultants for project development and post-transaction support.

- Assist the Marketing Team in the launch activities, exhibitions, presentations, brochures etc.
