Role & responsibilities

Immediate Openings for Any Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential Projects)

• Any Degree with Real Estate Sales experience is mandatory required.
• Receive leads from Presales Team on daily basis.
• Handling Sales at site office for a particular site or Project
• Arranging site visits to clients and closure of Prospect deal
• Regular sales calls and follow ups / update leads received and enter in CRM
• Reporting to Sales Head on daily Sales activities / Improvement areas/ Key client issues
• Should be able to Close the deals
• Negotiations with Customers
• Facilitating and providing necessary details of the projects to customers via E-mail/ Calls or Face to Face discussion
• Independently conduct one on one customer walk through of Vacant units, answer quires regarding services and amenities of the projects
• Participate in Exhibitions / Trade shows / Events etc. and promote our projects
• Collections till Agreement signing stage & collective support
• Providing assistance to client about the Home loans and co-ordinating with the Home loan team in getting the Home loan approvals
• Generation of prospective clients and getting Referrals
• A strong team player with the ability to Motivate teams of professionals towards maximum productivity with exceptional consensus building, negotiating & interpersonal skills & comprehensive problem-solving abilities.

Preferred candidate profile

3 + years of experience is required only from Real Estate Sales
