General Manager/ Manager - Business Development

Position: General Manager/ Manager/Assistant Manager/Sales Engineer Business Development (Water Pumping Industry) Location: Bengaluru/ Mumbai

Pump Academy Pvt. Ltd., a progressive, technology-driven start-up based in Bengaluru, is on the hunt for dynamic, results-driven professionals for multiple positions across various locations in India.

We invite applicants, preferably graduates in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 - 15 years of experience in business development of industrial automation, PLC/SCADA/HMI/VFD based control and automation solutions with exposure to emerging technologies around IoT, Industry 4.0, cloud and AI. The target market includes water and wastewater, oil and gas, and power utilities with a strong focus on PSUs.

Ideal candidates should have comprehensive experience in the above domains and selling to the aforementioned industries. The candidate should have experience in solutions selling and positioning value to cross-functional teams in engineering, maintenance and operations as a mandatory attribute.
