This position is responsible to promote DAICEL Analytical Services to pharmaceutical industries to generate business and developing new leads. Also responsible to place DCTI always high, an edge over the competition, in the market by ensuring quality services on continually basis.

Desired Skills Set:

1. M.Sc./M. Pharm/MBA or Equivalent Qualification
2. Work experience of 9-15 years with any leading regulatory service provider company serving the Pharma CRO for India & Global Market
3. Excellent communication skills

Job Discription:

• Designing business plans in line with the Company's strategy and objectives.
• The Business Development Manager's primary responsibility is to increase business for an organization's services, perpetually finding unique ways to engage and increase clients.
• The Business Development Manager might be responsible for managing clients in a local and regional geography.
• Work with internal / cross-departments such as the operations teams for the clients projects smooth execution
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Possess deep knowledge of business services offerings and value propositions
• Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Business Development department.
• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
• Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.
• Professionalism & Excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivation
• Building and maintaining client relations
• High-level proficiency with MS Office programs.
