Senior Marketing Manager

About The Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing high-impact marketing and demand-generation plans for all our products, services and partnerships for the region.

You will be involved in all aspects of marketing aimed at building visibility for brand BCT and helping our sales teams succeed in achieving their revenue targets. These include creating and executing highly successful go-to-market strategies, positioning and messaging, content creation, market research and competitive analysis, events & promotions and demand gen campaigns.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth in the respective geographies (US / APAC).
• Manage the regional marketing plan and build the sales pipeline using the right mix of inbound marketing, events, roundtables, webinars, account-based marketing and other suitable marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and achieve regional targets.
• Partner with the regional sales leadership, account managers and inside sales and product & solution marketing managers to maximize business outcomes.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and track competitor activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the respective geographies.
• Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, events, PR, awards, content creation, and analyst relations for the region.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Should be an MBA graduate from a Top Management School
• 9+ years of experience in B2B field marketing with Tech Industry
• In-depth knowledge of the MENA market and cultural nuances.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on quantifiable outcomes derived from field marketing
• Ability to travel to the Middle East as required.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
