Job Description

A Project Implementation In charge (also known as Project Implementation Manager or Implementation Lead) is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and execution of a project from the planning phase through to completion. This role involves managing all aspects of project implementation, ensuring the project meets its objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. The responsibilities also include coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, addressing risks, and ensuring quality standards are met.



1. Project Planning & Coordination:

Develop and define detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource requirements, and budget.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, quality assurance, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors) to align on project deliverables.

Schedule project timelines and milestones, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.


2. Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively across the project to ensure timely completion.

Monitor team performance, including overseeing project team members, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure that the project team has the necessary tools, resources, and support for successful implementation.


3. Risk & Issue Management:

Identify potential project risks (technical, operational) and take steps to mitigate them.

Address and resolve any project issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Ensure that all project-related issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.


4. Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and other project stakeholders.

Keep all stakeholders updated on project progress, issues, and potential delays.

Facilitate regular project status meetings, delivering reports, and updates on project milestones.


5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Ensure the project meets all quality standards and complies with industry regulations.

Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Oversee testing and validation phases to ensure product or service quality.


6. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, contracts, and reports.

Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, risks, issues, and milestones.

Ensure that all relevant project documentation is archived properly for future reference.


7. Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage project team members to ensure high performance.

Provide coaching and support for team development and conflict resolution.

Conduct performance reviews and offer feedback to team members.



8. Post-Implementation Support:

Ensure smooth transition after project completion by providing post-implementation support.

Monitor the project outcomes and ensure that any outstanding issues are resolved.

Conduct post-mortem evaluations to identify lessons learned for future projects.


9. Skills and Qualifications:

Education: A bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Must have the knowledge of condition monitoring, various sensors , installation of Electrical panels, CCTV etc.

He must be able to get the work done and should be able maintain cool while working under pressure. Must be able to set and pursue and complete targets without exception.


10. Experience:

Proven experience in managing and implementing projects (3-5 years or more)


11. Experience in the Skills:

Must have relevant experience in Water Pumping stations in executing IOT, SCADA and PLC projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Marathi is essential.

Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of risk management practices.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, with frequent travel (33 locations, Mumbai) required for site visits or client meetings.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadline
