Junior Officer- IT (Information Technology)

Position- Junior Officer- IT, Salary : CTC- 5.5 lacs +
Technical Skills

1. Support / Technology
• Support to users for Hardware, Networking issues.
• Helpdesk request for frequent issues related to IT operations
• Basic knowledge of routers, switches configuration and installation
• Knowledge of Office 365 platform is mandatory
• Working experience on Windows Server OS- 2016/2019/2022, Client OS- 2010/11, CentOS/Ubuntu (latest version)
• Knowledge of backup procedures and related standard devices
• Maintain the user complaints tickets in FreshWork with resolution update
• IT Asset Management
• Basic knowledge of working on ERP system or any other integrated system

1. Cyber Security
• Monitor security threats and take proactive steps to mitigate risks
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security protocols

1. New Project
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology rollouts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology meets business needs.

1. Documentation
• Preparation & maintaining the SOP’s for different IT operations
• Follow the IT policies in day to day working and revise as per the change in practices
• Maintaining the records of IT accessories inventory and raise the requirement indents timely.
• Maintaining the documentation related to Windows patch update and other software updates and take the respective action timely.
• Review the reports generated from security systems, SIEM and take action immediately

• Needs to work in three shifts as per requirement
• Full-time position, with some after-hours work required in case of emergencies or system maintenance.
• certification in areas like Networking & other fields will be added advantage

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in IT or Graduation in IT with 4+ years of experience
