Plant IT Engineer

Are you an IT professional with experience in application administration, user management, and IT infrastructure support in a regulated environment? Join our team and play a crucial role in managing IT systems at our plant site!

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all activities related to administrator role in application software.
• Responsible for User Account Management (User ID creation / changes / deactivation & Privileges management) in all the applications available at site.
• Support for computerized system validation for all applications installed or maintained at site.
• This could be periodic, ad hoc, or as required.
• Support to respective departments during qualification/validation activities of IT systems.
• Responsible for monthly data backup and restoration of the applications wherever applicable.
• Handle the Empower and Non-Empower data backup, data archival and data restoration as per approved procedures.
• Responsible for periodic verification of user access privileges and active / inactive user IDs for all the applications available at site.
• Support for investigations related to application software.
• Support to external engineers during qualification or investigations as applicable.
• Information Technology (IT) Asset and Infrastructure Management (PCs, Printers, Telephones/Mobiles, Network, Servers, Audio & Video Equipments).
• Support business in troubleshooting reported IT issues and resolve IT queries.
• Identify the workplace hazards involved in the work area and inform to immediate in-charge & EHS department.
• Any work assigned by immediate supervisor or head of the department.

Who Were Looking For:

✅ Knowledge of computerized system validation (CSV) in a regulated industry.
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills for IT-related issues.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams.
✅ Flexibility to travel as required.
