Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions, processing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct, and recommend appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Performance Management:
  
• Support the performance evaluation process by providing guidance to managers and employees, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• HR Administration:
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits enrollment.
• Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends, track key metrics, and support decision-making.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence across the organization.
