Job Description
Position: Regional Sales Manager - Mumbai
Location: Mumbai, India
Compensation: Up to INR 60 Lakhs CTC
About the Role
We are a premium automobile brand seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations for Mumbai City. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in the luxury automobile sector. This role is critical to our vision of delivering unparalleled customer experiences and achieving sustainable market growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences to maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define quarterly and annual sales targets.
2. Dealer and Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Oversee dealer performance and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Drive dealer training programs to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
3. Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
4. Market Expansion and Customer Engagement
- Explore opportunities to expand market share in Mumbai.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
- Ensure premium customer experience through effective engagement strategies.
5. Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regional regulations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration from a reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in sales, with at least 5 years in the premium automobile or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai automobile market and customer demographics.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Special Requirements
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to delivering a superior customer experience aligned with our brand ethos.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the region for dealer visits and customer interactions.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics for sales optimization.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
