Job Overview:
The Brand Manager / Digital Marketing Specialist will take ownership of building and enhancing Coffee brand identity, with a special focus on digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector, a deep understanding of consumer trends, and expertise in crafting and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen presence in domestic and international markets.
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Monitor brand performance, customer perception, and competitor positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Plan, develop, and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, email, website, and online advertising.
- Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, leveraging analytics to refine strategies.
- Manage content creation, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and other creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
Market Research and Consumer Insights:
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and research to gather insights for product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to incorporate customer feedback into brand development.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and creative agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members or external consultants, providing guidance and feedback to improve project outcomes.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- KPIs for campaigns and marketing initiatives, track performance, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms to assess campaign effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in brand management and digital marketing, with a strong focus on the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, SEO, and email marketing.
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
