Business Analyst - Insurance Domain (2-6 yrs)

Role : Business Analyst for Insurance Broking company

Location : Bangalore Walton Road

Project Role Description :

This role will be responsible for reviewing processes and new requirements and preparing a change analysis, based on which the changes will be implemented in the system.

Responsibilities :

- Acting as a Product Owner for identified modules in projects

- Analysing business processes and data, understanding user requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and documenting the same

- Detailed documentation of requirements and suggested solutions

- Providing operational support for issues in Policy Issuance

- Evaluation of implication of suggested changes

- Aligning the requirements with the IT solutions

- Project implementation, System configuration, review and Testing

- Analysing data models to deliver logical conclusions on how the organization can operate more effectively

- Ongoing research and staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to modernize systems

- Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the organization

Requirements :

- BE + MBA - Licentiate Certification from III or likewise

- 4-5 years of work experience in the General Insurance Industry in the Motor Insurance vertical

- Worked on / has detailed knowledge of one or two of the aspects : Policy Issuance & Servicing

- 2-3 years experience in IT

- Exposure to Agile methodologies

- Tech Exposure : Exposure to Cloud / Web / Mobility application
