Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Provide secretarial support with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

  • 3-8 years of experience as a personal secretary or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in fixing appointments, calendaring, MOM, and travel management software.
