As the Vice President Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in promoting PropChk s Pre-Delivery Home Inspection Service and Multi-Stage Inspection Service to real estate developers across India. Your responsibilities will include driving business growth, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations, and crafting persuasive proposals. You will report directly to the CEO.

Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry.

B.Arch, B.Tech Civil, Interior Designer or equivalent qualifications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Understanding of the construction industry, particularly in finishing works, is advantageous.

Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders.

Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of business growth plans.

Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
