We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, including property buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties involved.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
