Job Description

 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as sales engineer, pre-sales, or solution architect.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the sales cycle within a technology company.
  • Expertise in AI chatbots, Conversational AI, Generative AI, AI automation, or contact center technologies (e.g., CCAAS, IVR, ITR).
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code AI platforms, AI applications or machine learning technologies, particularly with LLMs.
  • Develop AI applications for custom demos tailored to client business requirements and use cases.
  • Strong technical background with experience in sales engineering or web development.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, patterns, and domains.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to craft clear and effective solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and Linux shell scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical capabilities to business stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams.
  • Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or process automation tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Clearly communicate Pronix Inc.s unique value proposition and technology differentiation.
  • Demonstrate features of the AI platform, including automation capabilities, LLM integrations, and pre-built solutions.
  • Design and present tailored whiteboard solutions, addressing architecture, performance, and scalability requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical architects, data scientists, and NLU analysts at client organizations to present our platform and solutions effectively.
  • Facilitate use case workshops to identify and develop client-specific AI applications.
  • Analyze conversational UX use cases for feasibility and potential value creation for clients.
  • Estimate effort and resource requirements from a machine learning perspective for specific engagements.
  • Provide strategic input to product management for enhancing the product roadmap and features.
  • Support seamless transitions from sales to delivery by coordinating with delivery teams to ensure customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client technical teams.
  • Act as a technical resource and solutions consultant for the sales team in pursuing business opportunities.
  • Develop and present AI business automation and AI agent development use cases aligned with client needs.
  • Lead client solution discovery meetings to identify pain points and propose tailored AI solutions.
  • Conduct solution architecture walkthroughs to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Showcase AI platform capabilities through custom demos and solution integrations based on specific client use cases.
  • Oversee AI solution integrations with client systems and platforms, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Develop custom demos leveraging no-code/low-code AI platforms for client-specific use cases and system integrations.
  • Develop AI applications for custom demos tailored to client business requirements and use cases.
