Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python with knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
  
• 3-6 years of experience in developing AI automation engineers' products or similar roles.
  
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts including text classification, sentiment analysis, entity resolution etc. .
  
• Experience working on chatbots/virtual assistants development using popular platforms like Amazon Lex/Google Dialogflow/IBM Watson Expert Integration Platform (IBM WEX).
  

• Conversational & Generative AI Development: Hands-on experience in developing AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, AI agents, and search AI applications.
• AI Solution Design & Architecture: Experience in designing scalable AI solutions, including solution architecture, AI workflow automation, and integration of AI-driven technologies in enterprise applications.
• Full-Stack Development: Expertise in building user-friendly front-end applications using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end services in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• LLM Integration & AI Workflow Implementation: Experience in fine-tuning LLMs, optimizing AI models, and implementing AI-driven automation workflows for enterprise use cases.
• Search AI & Knowledge Management: Ability to develop AI-powered search and knowledge management systems for enterprise-scale automation.
• AI Application Testing & Optimization: Experience in testing, fine-tuning, and optimizing AI applications for performance, accuracy, and reliability in real-world business environments.
