The RPA Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the sales process of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role involves working closely with sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the value of RPA solutions, and assist in designing solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement Collaborate with sales teams to engage with potential customers, understand their business processes, and identify opportunities for RPA solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of RPA solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide insights that influence product development and sales strategies.
Post-Sales Support
Assist in transitioning projects from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.
