Must have Technical Competencies

1.   Skills: RPA/JAVA-Selenium/Automation Testing
2.   Operating System: Windows/Linux
3.   Database and SQL queries
4.   Other Technical skills –HTML5, CSS Angular and WEB API,
5.   Scripting Skills – JAVA Script/ VB Script

Must Have – Non Technical Competencies

1.   Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
2.   Effective problem solving skills.
3.   Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
4.   Leadership Skills
5.   Ability and readiness to learn new technology

Good To Have:
1.   Familiar with Design pattern

Worst company. Do not join they make u jobless and they fired you at the time of appraisal by putting allegations on your about performance.HR is very rude and they do not care for employees.

Dislikes

They do not give appraisal and they fired you at the time when appraisal comes they break the bond themselves and torture you mentally and physically.Anyone suffering plz take legal action.
