Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer proficient in UiPath and Selenium Automation to join our team. As an RPA Developer, you will play a pivotal role in automating and optimizing our business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient RPA solutions. Your expertise in UiPath and Selenium Automation will drive the successful implementation of automation projects, enhancing our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Create detailed technical design documents and solution architecture based on business requirements.
• Develop and configure automation workflows, including data manipulations, triggers, and scheduling.
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
• Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications for seamless functionality.
• Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements required.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize RPA processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in RPA technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath and automation anywhere.
• Proficient in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, including workflow development, error handling, and logging.
• Experience in programming languages like Python is a Plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
