We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead Developer based in Hyderabad, India, with expertise in AI/ML, Data Science and Client Solutions Delivery. This hands-on role involves designing, developing, and leading advanced AI-driven solutions while ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. As a technical leader, you will mentor a team and work directly with clients to understand their business needs, translating them into scalable and impactful applications.

Key Responsibilities

• AI/ML and Data Science:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or other use cases.
• Implement feature engineering, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Develop and optimize AI and ML solutions, particularly in Conversational and Generative AI, aligned with customer requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Conversational AI and Generative AI product development.
• Familiarity with NLP engines and AI frameworks (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of scaling and performance optimization for AI-driven systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
• Implement Conversational AI solutions using platforms like Kore.ai XO Platform or similar.
