About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead Developer based in Hyderabad, India, with expertise in Full Stack Development

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development :
  • Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
  • Design and optimize backend systems and microservices architecture.
  • Integrate AI/ML models with front-end applications for seamless user experiences.
• Client Solutions Delivery :
  • Act as the primary technical contact for client engagements, understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality, AI-driven applications tailored to their specific needs.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Conduct client workshops and training sessions to demonstrate solutions and gather feedback.
• Leadership :
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data engineers.
• DevOps and Cloud :
  • Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless development and deployment workflows.
  • Monitor application performance and implement solutions for optimization and scaling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Expertise :
  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), Java, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Leadership :
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong project management and teamwork skills.
