Job Description
We seek an experienced Python Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions using Python. This role involves hands-on coding and leadership, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of complex software applications using Python.
- Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and improve user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights. \u200b
Requirements- 7+ years of experience in Python development
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Experience with the web development frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Proficiency in working with databases (SQL or NoSQL), including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
- Hands-on experience developing high performance APIs & Web applications
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with testing and debugging tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in building APIs using AWS services, specifically using Python, Lambda and API gateway
- Bachelor/master degree in computer science.
