Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development team, ensuring the technical execution of projects, and driving the architecture and design of scalable software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, meet business objectives, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership in software development, architecture, and design.

• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.

• Ensure the best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies.

• Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers to enhance productivity, skills, and code quality.

• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and best practices are followed.

• Collaborate with team members on technical decisions and provide constructive guidance on problem-solving.

• Solution Design & Architecture:

• Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure solutions to meet business requirements.

• Ensure that the software architecture aligns with both technical and business objectives.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance software development efficiency.

• Project Management:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and objectives.

• Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and communicate risks and blockers effectively.

• Implement agile methodologies, ensuring the team follows an iterative development process.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Act as a point of contact between the development team and other departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong technical background in Javascript, PHP, React, Node, Laravel, CI, SQL, MongoDB, etc.

• Proven experience as a technical lead or in a similar leadership role, managing a team of developers.

• Expertise in full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies.

• Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
