Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
Assist the Project Manager in the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure the smooth progress of projects from initiation to closure.
Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status, milestones, and risks.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
Report on project progress to the Project Manager and stakeholders at regular intervals.
Team Coordination & Communication:
Facilitate communication between project teams, developers, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
Monitor daily tasks of team members to ensure timely delivery of work.
Resolve issues related to team collaboration and project scope as they arise.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks during the project lifecycle and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Ensure that all project issues are logged, monitored, and escalated as necessary.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the point of contact for project-related client queries and deliver project updates.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations and communicate these to the project team.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards before client submission.
Assist in testing phases to guarantee that the solution is functioning as per requirements.
Budget & Resource Management:
Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with HR and other departments for resource allocation and onboarding for projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in the IT service industry, preferably handling mobile and web development projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle management.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
