Job Description

- Client and Team Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, sales teams, and developers, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand and accurately convey client requirements to both sales and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stages of the project.
- Client Interaction and Communication:
- Organize and attend client meetings, taking comprehensive notes and ensuring that all follow-up actions are completed promptly.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project status, timelines, and any potential issues, ensuring transparency and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that client needs are accurately reflected in sales agreements and proposals.
- Work with sales to align project deliverables with contractual obligations and client expectations.
- Development Team Coordination:
- Ensure that developers fully understand the project scope, deliverables, and timelines based on client requirements and sales inputs.
- Monitor project progress and facilitate effective communication between the development team and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines, identifying and addressing potential risks before they impact the project.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all are progressing according to plan and meeting client expectations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of all communications, agreements, and project updates.
- Provide regular status reports to all stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed of progress, challenges, and any required actions.
- Tools and Systems Proficiency:
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and CRM systems (e.g., ZOHO) to track project progress, manage tasks, and maintain client information.
- Ensure that all project data is accurately recorded and accessible to relevant team members.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the software development or IT industry is preferred.
