Job Summary:

As a Management Trainee (Sales), you’ll be part of an immersive 18-month program that will develop your core skills in sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development strategies. This role is designed to build your foundation for a future management position within our dynamic sales team, where you’ll play an integral part in shaping the customer experience and driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Training: Participate in a structured training program that covers cutting-edge sales strategies, CRM, and product knowledge, focusing on the painting industry.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by securing new business and growing relationships with existing clients.
  • Present & Persuade: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, quotations, and contracts that resonate with clients, showcasing our unique offerings.
  • Negotiate Deals: Confidently negotiate and finalize deals that contribute directly to our revenue growth.
  • In-Field Experience: Meet with qualified leads at their locations, understand their needs, and prepare tailored estimates for a personal touch.
  • Full Sales Cycle Exposure: Get hands-on experience in all stages of the sales journey, from prospecting to closing, for a well-rounded understanding of the process.
  • Performance Tracking: Prepare reports on key performance indicators, including revenue and customer satisfaction, and learn how to measure success.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with teams across the company to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Interior design or a related field.
  • Basics of MS Office
  • Understanding of common business practices
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
