Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with company objectives.
• Campaign Development: Design, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, such as blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Use findings to inform marketing strategies.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
• Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
• Building a Strong Pipeline of CAs & Business Owners who want to Avail of our Services via Conducting Seminars & Webinars, 1 on 1 Visits, and Utilising Traditional Marketing Tools like SMS, WhatsApp, Telecalling & E-Mails.
• Identifying, Training, Motivating & Nurturing a Strong Team of Marketing & Sales Team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful marketing strategies and Relationship Building.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong Entrepreneurial Skills with a Go-Getter mentality.
7. Working in an Medical/Insurance/Banking sectors is an Added Advantage and were most Preferable.
