Job Description
- Job Title : Field Supervisor
- Number of positions : 04
- Reporting : Program Manager
- Location : Uttar Pradesh
- Salary Range: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. An attractive performance-linked incentive will also be offered to employees (above monthly salary) based on their achievements.
- Duration : Till March 2027
- Qualification required : Graduate degree/ diploma in business management, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship development, social sciences or any other field.
- Experience required:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing field programs in development or sales/marketing
- Experience of working with women entrepreneurs/SHG women from rural geographies
- Experience of working on solar installation projects/B2C (in rural areas) will be a plus
- Skill and Competencies :
- Strong sense of professional commitment and maturity.
- Attention to details and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and handling a team
- Excellent oral and written Hindi and English skills
- Knowledge of other local dialects is a plus

- Supervise field officers during outreach to the women enterprises in their respective geography and ensure solar installation
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met in project implementation.
- Monitor timelines and provide support to Field Officers.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential solar installations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including UPSRLM and local authorities.
- Prepare reports on field activities, project progress, and challenges.
- Regular reporting to the Program Manager on day-to-day progress of field activities
- Coordinate field visits for all relevant stakeholders and manage the program participants.
- Step-in for field officers role as per the requirement of the program targets.
- Any other work assigned by the reporting manager for the project delivery.
