Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR talent acquisition specialist to join our dynamic team, in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition, onboarding, documentation and related compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong talent pool and contribute to the strategic and operational aspects of the HR function.

Recruitment of ON-Roll Candidates (Full time Employees)
Recruitment of Consultants (Full-Time, Short-Term, & LOE)
Onboarding Selected Candidate
The person will be responsible for onboarding the candidate which will require maintaining regular follow up and being in touch. Apply intel to flag if a candidate is likely to reject the offer
Send out welcome mails to the candidate
On date of joining, the person will be a buddy, assisting in joining formalities, explaining key policies and office norms
Onboarding will include introducing the new person to teams, coordinating new joinee kit and welcome lunch

The complete process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. Those moving to the final round of interviews will be hearing from the People & Culture team. We prefer in-person meetings but in case of location distances, we are happy to meet you virtually.
