We are hiring for HRBP for Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Role & responsibilities:-

As an HRBP, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations, compliance, and employee experience while acting as a strategic advisor to business units. This role involves HR process improvement, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance management, and performance monitoring, with minimal involvement in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. HR Operations & Compliance:

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, exits, and employee data management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Maintain and update HRIS/HRMS systems with employee records and reports.
• Drive HR automation and process improvement initiatives.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to employees and leadership, addressing concerns and resolving grievances.
• Implement employee engagement programs, including surveys, town halls, and recognition programs.
• Drive a positive workplace culture, focusing on employee well-being and retention.
• Support workforce planning and internal talent mobility initiatives.

3. Performance Management & Learning:

• Facilitate goal-setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback processes.
• Support learning and development (L&D) initiatives, including training coordination and skill development programs.
• Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and support career progression initiatives.

4. HR Analytics & Reporting:

• Track HR metrics such as attrition, engagement levels, and policy adherence.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports for leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements in HR processes and policies.

5. Recruitment Support (Minimal):

• Assist in workforce planning and collaborate with recruiters for critical hiring needs.
• Support internal job posting (IJP) and referral programs to attract top talent.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, payroll, and HR technology (HRMS/HRIS).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence business leaders.
• Experience in data analytics, HR reporting, and process automation is a plus.
• Must be available for travel within Mumbai and occasionally Pune as well.
• We have 5.5 Days in a week working policy.(2 & 4 Sat is off)
• Looking only immediate to 7 days joiners only.
