JOB DETAILS:
JOB TITLE: Compensation & Benefits Lead
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: New Delhi
INDUSTRY: Financial Lending
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead Compensation benchmarking and long-term Incentives using Job evaluation and Industry Study.
- Create Compensation strategy for various roles especially key stakeholders.
- Create C&B modelling and utilize it for Annual compensation Cycle.
- Policy designing structuration for increased benefits.
- Lead the ESOP valuation and Distribution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Compensation benchmarking
- Annual Compensation Cycle
- ESOPS valuation and distribution
- Creation of Incentive structure
- Implementation of PMS guidelines
- Refinement of the existing HR processes along with utilization of HRMS Portal
- Experience of handling 3-4 appraisal cycles would be a plus.
SKILL SET (must have):
- Exposure towards Creation of Compensation strategy specially LTI.
- ESOPs structuring and valuation.
SKILL SET (Good to have):
- Compensation Strategy & ESOPs valuation and policy formulation and implementation.
- Creating and Presenting Dashboards and HR Analytics.
QUALIFICATION / PAST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- MBA in HR from Premium B School
- Experience of minimum 5 years
- Previous background - Open to all
Preference of Startups, Fintech, Banks, Consulting Firms etc.
