We are looking to hire a strong Internal Audit Leader who will oversee Internal Audit function for a leading NBFC ensuring IA alignment with business goals. The role reports into Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- To draw internal Audit Plan in line with RBI's risk-based framework and ensure adequacy

- To carry out Audits as per plan, identify the system & process weaknesses and share resolution Plan and present audit reports with Management/Committee

- To liaise with relevant stakeholders & business for conducting audit, agreeing to observations & resolution plan, secure resolution timelines with escalations wherever required

Skills:

- Qualified chartered Accountant

- Prior experience in the field of Internal Audit, especially in a mid-layer NBFC & understanding of RBIA Framework

- Independent Contributor with capability of operate with team and individually as well.

- Experience of fintech ecosystem shall be value add

- Experience of working in startup preferred
