Provide strategic advisory to sales and business development teams on marketing trends and techniques.
Campaign Management:
Design and execute marketing campaigns for both existing customers and potential prospects.
Utilize digital tools such as Salesforce, ZIFT, and other IT solutions to optimize campaign performance.
Event Management:
Plan, organize, and participate in trade shows, seminars, and joint events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Develop and present event plans and outcomes to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Team Support and Recruitment:
Assist in hiring and mentoring business associates and field marketing personnel.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing marketing team environment.
Brand and CRM Management:
Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Leverage CRM systems to track customer interactions and improve relationship management.
Customer Engagement:
Develop innovative techniques to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to continually improve marketing outcomes.
Education:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, specifically within engineering, manufacturing, or IT applications industries.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ZIFT, XLS, and PowerPoint.
