Are you a marketer who thrives on driving impact, challenging the status quo, and crafting innovative solutionsDo you enjoy building programs that strengthen customer resilience, profitability, and sustainabilityAutodesk is seeking a Senior ABM Manager to spearhead growth within a targeted set of accounts. This role focuses on fostering executive engagement, long-term relationships, and the adoption of Autodesk s software and services by collaborating with sales teams to position Autodesk as a strategic partner.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing strategies with account plans to drive visibility, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to develop account plans, marketing strategies, tools, and programs to drive business objectives
- ABM Campaigns: Plan and execute account-based marketing campaigns with defined growth, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Customer Engagement: Nurture buyer committees and stakeholders within prioritized accounts through innovative, consistent, and targeted marketing initiatives
- Executive Engagement Programs: Design and execute CXO-level programs to enhance executive connections and foster peer-to-peer interaction among customers
- Showcasing Value: Develop programs and assets that highlight Autodesk s value as a strategic partner, helping customers maximize their relationship and solutions
- Event Management: Plan and manage events, including logistics, budgeting, attendee lists, and follow-up
- Performance Measurement: Analyze the success of ABM programs using contact, pipeline, and marketing investment metrics
- Stakeholder Advocacy: Represent account teams and customers within Autodesk to ensure their needs are integrated into broader organizational initiatives
- Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field with 10-12+ years of B2B enterprise software experience
- Master s degree in Management (preferred)
- Proven ability to provide strategic and consultative input to sales teams
- Successful track record of originating and executing innovative ABM campaigns
- Direct customer-facing experience in account-based marketing, field marketing, or solution sales
- Executive engagement and event management expertise
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Willingness to travel up to 30% during peak times
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Innovator: Understands account-based sales deeply and creates new approaches to move account plans forward
- Strategic & Tactical: Balances input into strategy with the ability to execute on tactical plans
- Collaborative: Builds and leverages internal and external relationships to extend program impact
- Results-Oriented: Aligns marketing with sales to execute programs and deliverables effectively
- Customer-Centric: Acts as an extension of the sales team with a focus on business development and customer engagement
- Executive Presence: Interfaces comfortably with internal and external executives, representing marketing with authority
- Advanced expert role with deep subject-matter knowledge and business acumen
- Requires the ability to translate business needs into actionable marketing strategies
- Solves complex problems through innovative approaches and broad perspectives
- Works independently while guiding less experienced team members
- Frequently interacts with senior leaders, adapting communication styles to influence decisions and advise stakeholders
