Marketing Lead

Responsibilities :

• Developing marketing strategies and Implementing the same
• Conducting market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends
• Developing creative marketing campaigns
• Creating and implementing brand guidelines to be used
• Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities such as content development, advertising, and events planning
• Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
• Analyzing marketing data to shape future strategies
• Undertaking individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure successful marketing initiatives
• Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure that marketing efforts are always current.
• Create content such as reports, presentations, press releases, newsletters, and other materials to promote the brand.
• Able to manage the social media pages like IG, FB and LInkedin, etc.,
• Re-Design marketing materials, Facebook page, LinkedIn page and website.
• Develop custom reports to track team KPIs on project completion and format adoption trends.

To be successful in this role, you ll need:

• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A Bachelor s degree or diploma certificate in Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle the changing ambiguity in business.
