Crafting go-to-market strategies , managing events, digital marketing, field marketing, and corporate communications for Software/ IT services and with a strong emphasis on demand generation, lead acquisition, and customer engagement.
Active collaboration with cross-functional teams (COEs, Presales, SMEs, Content, Design,
and Event) to define problem statements, create collateral, and design tailored marketing campaigns.
Developing messaging , value proposition, content creation for all the press releases and announcements, media interactions including the interviews and pointers for the senior management related to the organizations including wins and awards, event participation, product launches and analyst recognitions.
Event Research: Identify relevant industry events that the company should attend. This could include conferences, trade shows, seminars, and networking events. O rganizing and executing high-profile events, tradeshows, and overseeing company participation in industry events across North America/US.
Define Event Goals and Objectives : Once you\u2019ve gathered input from all relevant teams, define clear, measurable goals for the event. These could include the number of attendees, the number of leads generated, or the level of brand exposure.
Pre-Event: 3rd-party suppliers management, logistics and AV requirements, webinar platforms managements, demo set-up, audience acquisition, sales engagement, and follow-up . Liaising with multiple agencies, organizers for day-to-day activities related to events, TTL advertising and PR relations
During Event : Coordinate with on-site attendees to ensure the company presence at the event is effective and meets the set goals. This could involve ensuring attendees are present at key sessions or facilitating networking opportunities.
Post-Event Follow-Up and ROI Analysis: After each event, conduct follow-up activities to maximize the value of the event. This includes following up on leads, distributing learnings to internal teams, analysing the success of the event against its goals, and conducting an ROI analysis to evaluate the financial effectiveness of attending the event.
Assist with lead import and follow-up process after events to ensure they are imported accurately and followed-up appropriately by Sales team.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, comfort with public speaking
Salesforce knowledge preferred .
Minimum Experience : 4+ years of experience managing and executing events in B2B tech.
